Oil change every 15,000 km, every year, or sooner?
The factory interval is a guideline for ideal conditions. In real life those are always different. We explain when sooner makes sense.

The standard factory interval for modern cars is often 15,000 to 30,000 km or one year. In practice that's an average based on ideal conditions.
When sooner is better
Lots of short trips, traffic jams, dust or regular towing accelerate oil ageing. In those cases we recommend every 10,000 km or annually — whichever comes first.
